In 1999, she worked as a PR assistant for Jette Joop in Hamburg. A year later Silke made her first appearance as a designer at a JAK fashion Show at the EXPO Hannover in the German Pavillion. At the end of 2000, she presented her collection “Papageno&Papagena” at the Gwand in Lucerne, Switzerland. 2002 she presented her collection “funky pope” within 12 designers from all of Europe at the Barclay Catwalk in Zürich, Switzerland.
