Culinary tip in Vienna: Restaurant Paul & Vitos serves dishes made of ingredients from environmentally friendly working farmers

The new restaurant Paul & Vitos at Petersplatz 11 at the corner of Goldschmiedgasse in the 1st district of Vienna is a brand new and already popular destination in the city. Owner Eva Maria Wukonigg named the comfortably stylish with retro touch designed restaurant after her two sons with Christian Wukonigg who is the owner of Café Engländer, one of the favorite meeting places of the city's culture scene. At Paul & Vitos, the cosmopolitan flair of Vienna meets Mediterranean savoir vivre. The ingredients of the dishes come from farmers who are working environmentally friendly; recently, the restaurant posted (below) a dish made of fish from the Austrian alpine region Gurktal.
