Travel and culinary magazine Falstaff released international hotel guide with focus on Austria

The culinary, lifestyle and travel magazine publisher Falstaff is known for its elegant taste when it comes to the selection of hotels, gastronomy or wine. Also the 2nd edition of the printed 'Falstaff Hotel Guide', which is available already online, in stores from tomorrow 7th April, is a collection of luxurious destinations with focus on the quality of the hospitality services including criteria like culinary or the location & surroundings of the hotel. The criteria are the same as on falstaff-travel.com/en/alle-hotels/ where Falstaff Traveler's Club members can leave evaluations by giving 'stars'. For the new guide, around 1.400 hotels (539 in Austria, 226 in Germany, 140 in Switzerland, 155 in South Tyrol, and 323 exceptional international hotels) were evaluated by an expert jury together with the votes by Falstaff Travel Club members. 354 hotels reached six stars (excellent); 61 of them are located in Austria. The ranking of the 10 overall best hotels in Austria and lists of hotels with the most likes by the Falstaff Travel Community after criteria like gourmet or spa as well as after surrounding like city hotels or ski-hotels for sports activities in the mountains are published with short descriptions at falstaff-travel.com/en/news/falstaff-hotel-guide-2022-best-of-oesterreich/.

The Austrian federal state Carinthia is popular for its beautiful lakes. No wonder that swimming is a theme at the mountain resort. Currently announced are Swimming Weeks including children's courses in July 2022 (fast checked by Fashion.at today at feuerberg.at). Photo: © Mountain Resort Feuerberg.
