8 April 2022 ![]() The region of Poysdorf in Lower Austria is known for its agricultural activities which are promoted since 2007 by Vino Versum Tourismus with focus on the cultivation of grapes, wine and apricots. Poysdorf is the country's largest apricot growing area which can be explored this year via special tractor rides. The dates for the guided tours on tractors are already scheduled from May to October 2022, details at vinoversum.at/en/poysdorf/alles-marille/. Recently published on vinoversum.at/en/poysdorf/radfruehling/ were the new upcoming dates of cycling tours from April to June through the vineyards with stops at selected cellars as well as tours over the border to the Czech Republic such as the event on 1st May on the tracks of the princely house of Liechtenstein. Last mentioned route goes over around 55 km and is probably a challenge on a bike without an electric motor. The tours can be booked with rental e-bike. |
