23 January 2026 - New in Fashion.at's Music Playlist:

Arctic Monkeys return with "Opening Night," a reflective track contributed exclusively to HELP(2), the War Child Records charity album supporting children affected by conflict. The song marks the band's first new material in years, featuring their signature artfully measured approach while exploring themes of lingering feelings and uncomfortable truths. Releasing March 6, HELP(2) follows the landmark 1995 HELP album and features an impressive lineup including Pulp, Olivia Rodrigo, Damon Albarn, Fontaines D.C., Beck, Depeche Mode, King Krule, and Wet Leg.
James Blake's "Death of Love" arrives with a compelling video with a male voice choir appearing like businessmen and political figures seated in a room, singing the dystopian track. The single precedes his seventh album Trying Times, out March 13.
Harry Styles' synth-pop "Aperture" launches his disco-influenced era from Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally., releasing March 6.

21 January 2026 - Fashion.at Music Tip: Courtney Marie Andrews' official performance video for "Everyone Wants To Feel Like You Do," a standout track from her new album Valentine (out now). The song offers a sharp, double-edged reflection: it critiques a carefree, unapologetic figure—detached, vague, and unburdened by consequence—while admitting the allure of such unapologetic existence.

16 January 2026 - Fashion.at Music Tips: Fresh vibes on the Fashion.at Playlist! Kicking off with Charli XCX's brand-new "Wall of Sound" – a dark, gothic cinematic piece from her upcoming Wuthering Heights soundtrack album (out Feb 13). Produced by Finn Keane, it blends orchestral layers with industrial noise, auto-tuned croons, and John Cale's spoken-word narration on transformation & doubt. Next: Flea & Thom Yorke's "Traffic Lights" from Flea's debut solo album Honora (out March 27, 2026). This collab nails disorientation in our upside-down world – shifting signals, chaos, and anxiety, mixing Yorke's haunting style with Flea's jazz-funk roots. Wrapping the highlights: Chrystal's "Outta Mind (Touch)" – smooth, emotive vibes about losing connection yet craving that touch.

8 January 2026 - Aidan's 'Bella': Multilingual Heartache in Malta's Eurovision 2026 Race

1 January 2026 - The new Fashion.at Playlist 2026 is live, opening with highlights from the end of last year. It starts gently for a relaxed 1st January 2026: My Old Ways reflecting on change and continuity, Hula Girl drifts through nostalgia, VAPOR // SLOW DANCE floats in late-night moods, I'm Not Done pulses with quiet defiance, and Silent Disco captures introspective pop energy. The playlist will be continuously curated with fresh music tips throughout the year.

26 December 2025 - Fashion.at Music Tip: Marty Supreme Soundtrack: Electronic Music Meets Classical Choral Tradition

18 December 2025 - Fashion.at Music Tip: Vanessa Paradis has released the official music video for "Les épines du cœur," a track from her album Le retour des beaux jours (2025). As a long-term Chanel house ambassador, she appears dressed in Chanel outfits, with the project supported by the fashion house. The song addresses themes of love and heartbreak through floral metaphors.

12 December 2025 - Fashion.at Music Tip: Christina Aguilera's "Someday at Christmas": The Peace and Equality Carol That Still Resonates

9 December 2025 - Fashion.at Music Tip: "Special" by GloRilla. Memphis rap star GloRilla drops her empowering new video "Special," directed by Troy Roscoe. The visual shows Glo with dancers, performing in a locker room, featured on magazine covers, and completing athletic feats while wearing gold medals. She says the song blends vulnerability with grit, asking to be told she's special and recognizing what makes her unique - it's about self-worth and affirmation. GloRilla has 3 nominations for the 2026 Grammys (Feb 1), including a historic Best Rap Album nod - that brings her to 6 career nominations. She hasn't won yet, but being nominated is already a victory.

5 December 2025 - Fashion.at Music Tip: 'This Is What We Dance For' by JADE, album 'That's Showbiz Baby! The Encore' (released today)

4 December 2025 - Fashion.at Music Tip: Sébastien Tellier returns with "Thrill Of The Night" – an irresistible electronic disco anthem featuring Slayyyter's Studio 54-edged vocals and Nile Rodgers' unmistakable guitar. Produced by Oscar Holter (The Weeknd) and SebastiAn, the track channels the euphoric spirit of French Touch nights where anything feels possible. The accompanying video, directed by Melchior Leroux (the visionary behind Theodora's viral "Fashion Designa"), places the three artists in a hallucinatory, green-screen-built disco world. Leroux explains that the surreal aesthetic, inspired by 80s slashers and films like Carrie and Suspiria, was entirely assembled as a vast digital collage in post-production. Alongside the release, Tellier announces his new album Kiss The Beast, out 30 January 2026 on Because Music, and a major European tour in 2026 – with Paris at 'L'Olympia' and other dates already sold out. Watch the video on YouTube.

21 November 2025 - Fashion Music Tip: JJ's "Haunting Me" Austrian Eurovision 2025 winner JJ delivers with "Haunting Me," a surprisingly compelling follow-up. The young artist recently faced criticism for outspoken comments on Israel's ESC participation—remarks he later softened—but one misstep shouldn't overshadow genuine talent. This track seamlessly merges contemporary pop with his distinctive operatic style. Lyrically, it explores being haunted by someone from your past who won't let go. Thanks to JJ’s win, Vienna will host Eurovision in May 2026, bringing the contest back to Austria for another exciting chapter.

17 November 2025 - Fashion.at Music Tip: 'Art Deco' by Lana del Rey (Parov Stelar Artifact Version)
Austrian electro-swing maestro Parov Stelar reimagines Lana Del Rey's "Art Deco" on his new album "Artifact" (out now). The track embodies Art Deco's essence through a stunning blend of electronic beats and orchestral elements—glamorous yet cold, luxurious yet uncertain. The central line "So Art Deco out on the floor" connects the iconic 1920s design movement—known for luxury, glamour, and modernity with an underlying coldness—to a woman "shining like gunmetal, cold and unsure." Like the angular elegance of Art Deco itself, the song captures surface sophistication masking inner vulnerability: a perfect portrait of the modern club queen navigating nightlife's dazzling contradictions.

4 November 2025 - Fashion.at Music Tip: Electronic Art Pop 'Harvest Sky' by Oklou. French artist Oklou captures the duality of social isolation on 'Harvest Sky' from her acclaimed album 'choke enough' (out now). The track examines self-consciousness and the pull between connection and distance, finding comfort in solitary moments during festivities. The titular sky becomes a symbolic space for introspection—a core element of Oklou's artistic approach. The album blends ambient textures with minimal club rhythms, creating what critics call a "waking dream" exploring identity and vulnerability. Stereogum named it the #1 album of 2025 so far, while the New York Times noted how Oklou's gentle vocals explore disaster and connection against sparkling, celestial instrumentals. Oklou is currently on a sold-out UK and European tour, which will stop in cities like London, Amsterdam, Manchester, Berlin, and Paris through November and December.

31 October 2025 - Fashion.at Music Tip: 'Witch Dance' by Florence + the Machine, album 'Everybody Scream' (released today)

29 October 2025 - Fashion.at Music Tip: Rosalía's new single "Berghain" — featuring Björk and Yves Tumor — has rocketed to #1 on YouTube's music Trending chart, amassing more than 6,6 millions of views within 2 days of release. The dramatic track blends operatic German verses with the London Symphony Orchestra's performance under Daniel Bjarnason, evoking the tension and beauty of Vivaldi and Stravinsky, as praised by the media. A haunting, artful collaboration ahead of Rosalía's upcoming album "LUX", out November 7.
